Axelis AI provides an AI-powered voice and chat agent for sales and lead qualification, designed for growing businesses across industries. Our services include:
- Automated phone calls via AI voice assistant for lead qualification and demo scheduling
- SMS text messaging for verification and follow-up communications
- Calendar integration and appointment scheduling
- CRM integration and lead management
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox(es) on our web forms, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Axelis AI, including one-time verification codes (OTP) and marketing messages
- You consent to receive automated, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice calls from Axelis AI at the phone number provided
- Message frequency varies. You may receive transactional messages (OTP, confirmations) as needed plus up to 5 marketing messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
- To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent
- To opt out of voice calls, say "Do not call me again" during any call or reply STOP to any SMS
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@getaxelis.com
Consent to receive SMS or calls is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
- Only submit phone numbers that you own or are authorized to use
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems or services
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform are the exclusive property of Axelis AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI assistant will meet your specific requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axelis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
